A lovely city with lots of interesting attractions and restaurants. Would definately recommend doing a walking food Ausflug to get a real feel for the place. Outside the old town there isnt so much to see, but plenty inside the old town. Like all cities now be aware of pick pockets.
Quiet area with enough parking for our 7m motorhome. The end furthest from the kastell is fairly flat. The sea was rough the night we stayed, but perfectly fine if you don't mind the noise of crashing waves. The location is unbeatable. The apartment is recently renovated and has everything one needs for a short stay. I would say, perfect for a couple or if one is travelling for business and needs some privacy and space to work comfortably and discreetly.

The location has a village feel, right at the beach. It is a mixture of locals who live rein the area and small boutique hotels. Very safe area, lovely restaurants. My friend liked the hotel and area so much, she wants to return with her husband for a holiday.
